Position: Administration Assistant
Location: Lethbridge, Alberta (1Vacancy)
Wage: $11.00 to $13.00 Hourly, (dependent on experience)
Overtime: Authorized Overtime at 1.5 times hourly rate.
Hours: 40 hours per week.
Benefits: Medical, Dental Disability and Group Insurance Benefits.
Holidays: 10 days plus fixed period between Christmas & New Year.
Permanent, Full Time, Day
Job Duties: Assist Sales and Service staff with day to day filing, scanning, data entry and phone cover. Use of ADP Lightspeed EVO Accounting and Sales Package. General Admin Duties. Cover for reception.
Future responsibilities: Holiday cover for both the Service & Sales Assistance's. AP Contractors Related Entries.
Requirements:
- Completion of High School
- 1 Years or more of experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Computer Literate
- Excel & Word Experience, Use & Adapt.
- Speak, read and write English
Skills: Accurate and timely typing. Strong Excel and Word. Works well in a team environment but can work unaided. Back ground in Irrigation a positive. Use of any windows based accounting package a plus. Experience in Service or Sales Admin a positive. Attention to detail. Good Communications. Positive outlook.
